Sign at the San Rafael Wilderness boundary.  The sign on the right is at the head of a spur trail leading to Bear Camp.  My route continued along the road to the left.

Junction of the road and a short spur to the waterless Alamar Station camp.  Unlike the folks at the Ventana Wilderness, the San Rafael Wilderness management seems to know how to spell "Suelo".
