Two small perennial streams (tributaries of Tenaya Creek) cross the trail in the final section of the valley.  I hadn't carried any water in anticipation of filling up here, which I did.

Half Dome comes into view off to the right of the Clouds Rest summit.  Noone on the peak when I arrived, but about a dozen folks were right behind me and started arriving as I was heading back.
