Topo and GPS tracks for the ~6 mile 1500ft gain out-and-back along the TRT to summit Duane Bliss Peak. This is my 5th peak off of the OGUL list.

There was active construction of the picnic area/trailhead, so they rerouted people to the west using the TRT.

As usual, the TRT was well graded and in quite good condition. It headed steadily uphill as it wound its way south.

Looking back, I caught a brief glimpse of Spooner Lake across the highway.

Continuing south and uphill. Very very dry on the eastern slopes of Tahoe. No creeks, ponds, or even puddles on this ridge.

A glimpse of South Camp Peak. Wouldn't reach that point today, but I'm planning on doing this full TRT segment sometime this summer.
