Morning at the small developed (almost but not quite flat) campsite that I had found near the Green Lake lakeshore. Packed up and cached my gear and headed up to Dunderberg with my daypack.

The creek flowing downstream from East Lake to Green Lake was flowing, but there were a nice stable set of rocks placed at each crossing.

The trail headed steadily but gentily upward from Green to East lake.

The trail skirted the eastern shore of the lake. This shot is looking back at Gabbro Peak.

Dunderberg Peak slowly crept into view as I headed southward along the East lake shore. Had to skirt around a couple of places where the trail was still snowbound.
