The last handful of yards to the summit with the summit shelter now visible off to the right.  There once was a TV repeater up here but aside from some remaining debris it was now gone.

The peak registry and a wooden Freel Peak (10881) sign.  There were over a dozen notebooks in the ammo box.  The oldest I found was a Pete Yamagata lab book from 2001.   This is the highest point in the Tahoe area.

Looking east we see Jobs Sister (left) and Jobs (back right).  My original intention was to do all three but time was running short and I decided to leave Jobs for another day.

Heading down the steep sandy backside of Freel on a Jobs Sister bound use trail  There was a conduit pipe containing electrical wiring that ran along the trail till the bottom of the slope.

There was one large snowfield between the two peaks.  The snow was extremely slushy in the 80+ degree weather and probably won't be around much longer.
