Beehive meadow in the morning on Saturday. Slept in for longer than I had originally intended. Leaving the sleeping bag took more will power than I was able to muster.

The north end of the Beehive was riddled with sections where the snowmelt exposed several foot drops to the meadow below. These presented a bit of a navigational obstacle course.

Had some misgivings about traversing this snow bridge, but it held my weight.

Last uphill section before reaching the Moraine Ridge trail junction and the decent down to Lake Vernon.

Another clear sunny day and I had to pull out my goggles for the non-forested sections as it was very bright out.
