The bridge below Vernal Falls.  This was my first trip back to this point since breaking my ankle scrambling down to get water from the river a year ago.  Lots warmer and lots more people this season.

Back on the rock that I had sat on for a few hours while waiting for the SAR team after tri-mal fracturing my right ankle last year.  (I climbed down the back behind the tree and didn't repeat the route that had caused my injury).  Same shirt, the pants were cut off prior to my surgery.

Quickly remembered why I avoid this trail in the peak season as I nagivated the crowds.  There were several high school classes on the trail today in large groups.

Despite this being a low snow year, there was still a decent amount of mist on the Mist trail and the sun shining made for some nice rainbows.
