The final push to the summit. (In the full size pic you can see a half dozen folks up on the summit talus)

The last 500 vertical feet was a talus scramble.

Up atop Pyramid. Little hazy today. This is a shot across the Crystal Range to Agassiz/Price. Jacks peak off to the right above the Aloha Lake basin.

Looking toward Lake Tahoe. The Aloha Lake basin below with Mt Tallac beyond.

The view southward. Round Top is the highpoint on the horizen with Hawkins Peak on the far left horizen. The Sierra-at-Tahoe ski resort is in the center left and Lovers Leap is center right.

There were an ungodly amount of people on the summit and there were no fewer than 4 people yakking on cell phones when I approached. Sigh.

Looking back down towards Lake Slyvia, which isn't visible. The small lake in the center is the unnamed lake in the high valley above Slyvia.

Back to the ridge above Slyvia ready to start the descent back down the steep slope to the lake.
