Route for today. 17 miles counter clockwise around the loop from the Lembert Dome trailhead at the bottom.

Lembert dome trailhead parking lot. (Lembert Dome in the background). First trip to the Sierras for the new Outback. Cool and cloudy this morning.

Young Lakes trail trailhead sign. All uphill for the first half mile or so.

The small creek at the top of the first hill was dry, and I was a bit worried about finding water before Young Lakes.

First of two trail junctions at the top of the first hill. The first led to Lembert Dome and the second headed down toward Dog Lake.

Found a little bit of water left in Delaney Creek. No trouble with the crossing :)

Looking northeast across Delaney Meadow towards Tioga Pass and Dana/Gibbs. Sun trying unsuccessfully to poke through the clouds.

The trail headed upwards north out of Delaney Meadow, passing through this small meadow in front of unnamed Peak 10410.

Ragged was covered in clouds as I entered Dingley Creek meadow. Left the trail here for some easy cross country travel towards Ragged Peak pass.
