An impressive 3000ft straight down into the Summit City Creek watershed to the south of Round Top.  (Think that might be Mokelumne Peak in the distance)

Now Hawkins Peak is in shadow.  Elephants Back is in front of Hawkins (and not looking terribly impressive from this angle).  Blue Lakes road runs between those two peaks.
