Small spring fed stream crossing the trail on they way back to St. Mary's Pass.

Labeled 'Springs' on the topo, there were a series of small springs on the west face of the ridge where they added a bright splash of green and yellow to the otherwise barren hillside.

Three dayhikers heading back to St. Mary's Pass from Sonora. Caught up with them on the way back down the trail, they had taken a cross country route up the south side of the peak.
