Dam at the outlet of Gilmore Lake.  Passed a few folks camping near the lake.  These were the only people I'd see on my way up.

Tallac finally comes into view. The Cathedral Lakes trail gives one much better views of the peak during the ascent, this trail hides the peak till the last mile.
